There will be two main venues for TiSSA 2009:
1) at the Social Communications Institute of VPU, the TiSSA PreConference will take place
and we are very honored to announce, that
2) the 7th TiSSA Plenum will take place in the building of the Lithuanian Parliament (Seimas) with plenary sessions in the historical assembly hall, where the independence of Lithuania has been declared in 1991.

If you intend to spend some days for recreation in the European Capital of Culture Vilnius or to visit Lithuania, the local TiSSA co-ordinator might help you to arrange additional overnight stays. Just ask for her assistance!
