Registration and participation fees
All academics, non-academics, PhD candidates and high-grade final year students from Europe and beyond are invited to join the 22nd TiSSA PhD-Pre and Plenum Conference in Warsaw, Poland.

Registration and abstract submission
If you want to register or submit an abstract, it is asked to sign up on our website. However, nothing is binding at this stage: only after the abstracts have been reviewed and you have received feedback, your registration needs to be finalised and the payment information will be sent out.
When signing up:
- make sure to indicate if you submit for the Phd-Pre ('Precon') or Plenum conference
- be aware to mention your organisation and the correct billing address
- make sure to also fill in the correct VAT-number of your organisation, including country code, if required
Administrative changes cannot be made after your registration is completed, as invoices are automatically generated.
Onsite registration is not possible
Registration fees
ACADEMICS AND PROFESSIONALS (PLENUM):
- Regular: € 350,00
- Reduced*: € 250,00
PHD STUDENTS (PHD - PRE CONFERENCE & PLENUM):
- Regular: € 300,00
- Reduced*: € 200,00
* reduction for CEEC participants
For participants who join the PhD-Pre Conference, the prices include access to the Phd-Pre and the Plenum conference, lunch for five days, social events and coffee- and water breaks. For the participants who join the Plenum Conference, the prices include access to the conference, lunch for three days, social events and coffee- and water breaks.
All participants are expected to pay for their own board and lodging. Please visit the accommodation section of our website for more information and tips.
Fee reduction
Delegates from Central and East European Countries (CEEC) or other low income countries can register for a reduced participation fee.
Farewell dinner party
Participants are more than welcome to to join the Farewell Dinner Party on Wednesday evening September 2. Registration is done by signing up online. The fee to join this wonderful evening is € 50,00 or € 30,00€*.

Payment details
Registration for attending the TiSSA 2026 Conference is not complete until payment has been made. Participants are supposed to pay the correct amount as received in their confirmation e-mail after acceptance of the submitted abstract. You will receive an e-mail with your payment link in April, 2026.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations before July 1, 2026 an administrative fee of €50 will be charged.
- For cancellations after July 1, 2026 the amount cannot be refunded.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the start of the conference.
